Tamari-Braised Chicken with Coconut-Pineapple Sweet Rice (gluten free)  Chicken braised in pungent Asian spices and tamari complimented by fruity sweet rice
Pistachio-Crusted Lamb Chops Roasted crunchy pistachio and panko crumbs cling to Australian baby lamb chops smothered in a tangy pomegranate-spice puree with couscous
Potato-Wrapped Halibut (gluten free) Juicy halibut filet hugged by thin slices of potato sauteed in simple olive oil
